Job Description Job Description We are looking for an experienced Part Time Accountant to provide part-time accounting support on a monthly basis. This long-term contract position is based in Dallas, Texas, and involves handling critical financial tasks such as payroll processing, benefits reconciliation, and balance sheet management. The role requires meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work effectively with various accounting systems. Responsibilities: • Process multistate payroll and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. • Reconcile employee benefits accounts to maintain accuracy and integrity. • Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations to support financial reporting. • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently. • Utilize accounting software to streamline financial operations and reporting. • Conduct audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and external standards. • Prepare detailed financial reports and statements as needed. • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless integration of accounting processes. • Maintain accurate records of payroll tax deposits and filings. • Support special projects related to payroll and accounting improvements. • Proficiency in accounting software systems such as ERP and Concur. • Strong knowledge of payroll systems, including ADP and multi-state payroll processing. • Expertise in Excel formulas, VBA, and advanced spreadsheet functions. • Familiarity with balance sheet account reconciliations and financial auditing. • Ability to manage accounts payable and accounts receivable efficiently. • CPP certification preferred. • Experience with international and domestic payroll systems. • Proven track record of maintaining process excellence in accounting operations.6b250ea6-cee3-481d-915c-f7283f1b2f1b
