Accounting Assistant position available in the Wixom, Michigan area.
This is a temporary project assignment estimated to last two months. Continued length will be based on needs. Pay rate is $20.00 an hour. Hours will be: Mon-Fri 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., or 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Tasks for the Accounting Assistant position include: Office Admin/Light Accounts Receivable, Invoicing & data entry (invoicing customer portals), Emailing invoice packets/paperwork, Taking credit card payments, Utilize D365, Office and Outlook.
Requirements for Accounting Assistant: Previous A/R experience, Office/administrative experience, Candidate needs to be detail oriented and be comfortable on a computer, Must be able to pass pre-employment screening.
