Overview

We are currently searching for an Accounting Assistant to join our finance team. The goal of the Accounting Assistant is to support various day-to-day tasks like AP processing, bank reconciliations, general accounting, and analytics. The Accounting Assistant will also be included in ongoing projects, such as system and/or process improvements, as relevant. Opportunity for further development for the right candidate. The Accounting Assistant joining our team will support TSC Subsea and/or NDT Global (our sister company).

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day accounting tasks, including accounts payable processing, bank reconciliations, general ledger maintenance, and analytics.
• Participate in ongoing projects related to system and/or process improvements as relevant.
• Collaborate with finance team and possibly other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial data.

Requirements

• Started a Bachelors degree in Finance/Accounting/Marketing or related education
• Must be proficient in spoken and written English
• Ability to work in a hectic working environment
• High standard of order and computer skills
