Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location (city, state): Chandler, AZ (remote to start, with possible future on-site work)

Compensation: $20-$23/hr

Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).

Qualifications:

• 23 years of administrative experience preferred; recent graduates with relevant technical skills will be considered
• Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience in a technical or administrative capacity
• Proficiency in Adobe and Salesforce required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Job Description:

Addison Group is hiring an Administrative Assistant on behalf of our client in the financial services industry. This temporary position supports daily operations during a leave of absence. The role is well-suited for someone who is detail-driven, adaptable, and eager to contribute to a close-knit team.

Industry: Financial Services

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, approximately 8:00 AM 5:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consolidate and organize financial files into single electronic documents
• Assist with processing requests and maintaining accurate client records
• Prepare and update documentation in Salesforce
• Manage lead conversions, pipeline updates, and opportunity tracking
• Conduct online research and enter results into internal systems
• Provide administrative support on credit and record-related tasks
