The Assistant Principal serves as a vital member of the school leadership team and supports the Principal in ensuring the academic excellence, spiritual development, and operational effectiveness of the school. This role includes supervising daily operations, assisting with curriculum implementation, promoting Catholic identity, and fostering a positive, disciplined, and faith-filled learning environment.

Catholic Identity & Mission

• Support and model the teachings, values, and mission of the Catholic Church.
• Encourage prayer, participation in liturgical celebrations, and faith formation.
• Collaborate with campus ministry or religion coordinators to integrate Catholic values into the school culture.

Academic Leadership

• Assist the principal in implementing and evaluating instructional programs.
• Support data-driven decision-making for academic improvement.
• Provide mentoring, coaching, and professional development for faculty.
• Help supervise standardized testing and curriculum alignment with diocesan/state standards.

School Operations & Supervision

• Oversee student discipline and implement behavior management systems aligned with Christian values.
• Assist in scheduling, teacher evaluations, and performance reviews.
• Help manage school safety plans and daily logistics.
• Ensure a smooth flow of communication between administration, teachers, students, and families.

Student Life & Support

• Foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive school culture.
• Monitor student progress and collaborate on interventions and accommodations.
• Support extracurricular, service, and leadership opportunities for students.

Advancement & Community Engagement

• Collaborate with the principal, advancement team, and development staff to support fundraising, enrollment, and marketing goals.
• Assist in planning and executing school events, alumni engagement efforts, and community outreach.
• Help identify and cultivate relationships with donors, parishioners, and local businesses.
• Promote the school’s mission and achievements through digital communication and public relations
