Job Description

Job Title: Product Management Assistant

Duration: 12 Months

Location: Rocky Hill, CT 06067 | Hybrid (60% in-office / 40% remote)

Pay Range: $2225/hr.

The Product Management Assistant will support the Global Product Management team by driving operational efficiency in day-to-day activities and contributing to key strategic projects. This role partners with cross-functional and cross-regional teamsincluding Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Product Developmentto manage product lifecycles, align portfolios with market needs, and ensure successful product phase-in/phase-out execution.

Responsibilities

  • Support daily operations for the Global Product Management team to ensure smooth portfolio management.
  • Assist with product lifecycle management , including product introductions, updates, and discontinuations.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Supply Chain) to ensure alignment and execution of portfolio strategies.
  • Contribute to special projects that enhance business continuity and drive strategic growth.
  • Collect and analyze data to monitor product performance, trends, and opportunities.
  • Support the creation of reports, presentations, and portfolio documentation for leadership and business partners.
  • Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to align portfolio decisions with market demands and strategic goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Management, Product/Portfolio Management , or related field.
  • Strong skills in project management, cross-functional collaboration, planning, and logistics .
  • Experience with business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
