Family Law Associate Attorney – Litigation Focus

Location: Marietta, Georgia

Job Type: Full-time

We handle a wide range of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, modifications, and much more.

• Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and trials with confidence and skill.
• Manage a caseload of complex family law matters from inception to resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements with precision.
• Engage in negotiations and advocate for clients’ best interests.
• Provide strategic legal counsel with an emphasis on excellent client communication.

• 2+ years of litigation experience, with a strong preference for family law.
• A passion for family law and a deep understanding of Georgia family law statutes.
• Exceptional courtroom presence and persuasive advocacy skills.
• Strong writing ability and attention to detail in legal drafting.
• Commitment to providing outstanding customer service and personalized legal support.
• Licensed to practice law in Georgia and in good standing with the State Bar.
