A prestigious, trial-focused law firm seeks a Business Litigation Associate with 5–9 years of experience for its Los Angeles office (Century City).

Key Details:
• Role: Handle complex business litigation, work closely with partners on trial cases, and lead e-discovery projects. Requires strong writing, research, and trial/deposition experience.
• Location: Hybrid model (2–3 days/week in-office, candidate’s choice of days).
• Experience: 5–9 years in business litigation; BigLaw background a plus but not required.
• Billable Hours: 1,800+ hours prioritized for quality, not quantity.
• Career Growth: Partnership potential for candidates with a book of business (e.g., $400K) after a year as senior counsel.
Compensation:
• Salary: Competitive up +- $250k plus discretionary bonuses based on longevity, merit, and work product.
• Benefits: Full package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) with profit-sharing, cell phone and transportation/parking reimbursement (eligible first of the month after hire).
