Join to apply for the Corporate Health Coach role at Life Time Inc. Position Summary The Corporate Health Coach provides face-to-face behavioral-based health improvement coaching to employees. They manage the day-to-day delivery of established programs with direction from clients and Account Managers. They also develop and facilitate educational programs such as courses, workshops, special events, and interactive educational booths. Job Duties And Responsibilities Reviews health assessment results and assesses readiness to change Assists with goal setting, goal progression, and strategies to overcome obstacles and barriers Provides tailored exercise, nutrition, and lifestyle plans to each participant Hosts onsite health promotion events Attends weekly and monthly team meetings Promotes coaching services by conducting Participant Interactions on worksites Position Requirements Bachelor's Degree in a related field 1 to 2 years of experience implementing wellness activities Strong communication skills and good face-to-face people skills Highly motivated with independent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Creative energy, excellent organizational and time management skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects Ability to analyze, interpret, and act on program reports and metrics Life Time is committed to an inclusive, diverse, and equitable workplace that respects and celebrates individual contributions.
