Base pay range

$100,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr

A people-driven private equity firm seeks a corporate/PE and compliance paralegal to join its team in San Francisco!

Job Details

This is a broad role supporting Legal and Compliance, including, but not limited to:

• Managing the Code of Ethics
• Employee onboarding and offboarding, new hire disclosures, employee training
• Support with annual review and testing
• Fund formation
• Fundraising
• AntiMoney Laundering regulations (AML)
• Entity management

Requirements: 3+ years experience in the above areas. Ideally coming from a private equity firm or top AmLaw. Must be an eager, selfstarter, motivated professional excited to learn.
