The role will bridge business and technology teams to design, implement, and optimize a new CRM platform that enhances customer engagement, data quality, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate has led full lifecycle CRM deployments, understands best practices in process design and user adoption, and can guide both vendor and internal teams through a successful delivery. Key Responsibilities Lead discovery and design sessions with business stakeholders to capture requirements, define workflows, and align CRM functionality with organizational objectives. Translate business needs into clear, actionable functional and technical documentation for configuration and development teams. Serve as liaison between internal business units, IT, and the CRM vendor to ensure alignment on scope, quality, and timelines. Guide data and integration planning, partnering with technical teams to define data migration, interfaces, and governance strategies. Support testing and validation, ensuring CRM features meet requirements, function as intended, and deliver value to end users. Drive user adoption and change management, including training, documentation, and communication materials to ensure successful rollout. Champion CRM best practices, providing insight on workflow automation, customer segmentation, reporting, and long-term optimization opportunities. Job Requirements 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, CRM Specialist, or similar role. Direct experience in at least one full-cycle CRM implementation (Creatio preferred; Salesforce, Dynamics, or other major platforms accepted). Proven ability to facilitate cross-functional workshops, gather and validate requirements, and translate them into system solutions. Demonstrated experience in data mapping, migration, and integration planning across business systems. Strong understanding of change management and user adoption strategies for new systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with both business and technical audiences. Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools for documentation and collaboration. Ability to work onsite in the Kansas City or Topeka metro as needed for project delivery. Preferred: Experience implementing CRM solutions within financial services or other regulated industries; relevant certifications such as Creatio Specialist, Salesforce Admin, or IIBA/PMI-PBA.
