Job Description
Your Role: As a Custom Enrollment Specialist, you'll be the primary pre-departure contact for students enrolling in custom CEA CAPA programs from our key sending institutions. You'll guide students and their families through every step of the pre-departure process-from health and safety, course registration, and housing to visa and immigration guidance. Partnering closely with the Custom Program Management team, you'll ensure students receive timely, accurate, and partner-specific support, helping them feel prepared and confident as they embark on their study abroad experience.
What You'll Do: - Serve as primary point of contact for students and families throughout the pre-departure process with a focus on customer service excellence and retention, utilizing phone, text, and email to provide timely and personalized support.
- Develop expertise on program details and locations for assigned custom programs.
- Work in partnership with the Custom Program Management & Institution Relations team to provide the best pre-departure experience for your portfolio of programs.
- Monitor student progress to ensure timely completion of pre-departure requirements.
- Master the visa and immigration processes for multiple countries and provide accurate guidance and advice to students.
- Create and maintain accurate, relevant program-specific program literature to support students during the pre-departure process.
- Present and administer group pre-departure orientation sessions in partnership with Custom Program Manager and Partner Institutions.
- Assist with emergency phone duties as required.
Starting Salary: $49,000 What Makes a Great Candidate: - Associates degree or equivalent work experience
- 1-3 years of experience preferred

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS): Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience using CRM (Customer Relations Management) databases, Salesforce preferred
