ResponsibilitiesClient Interaction: Provide exceptional, friendly service to personal lines clients through multiple communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
Issue Resolution: Efficiently handle and resolve customer inquiries and complaints with a positive attitude.
Policy Management: Assist clients with their insurance policy updates, endorsements, and claims.
Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve insurance disputes or discrepancies promptly and professionally.
Documentation: Accurately document client interactions and maintain organized records.
Team Support: Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and cohesive customer experience.
RequirementsLicensing: Active Minnesota Property & Casualty Insurance License
Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service, ideally within the insurance industry.
Team-Oriented: Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment, contributing positively to team goals.
