Primary focus is the delivery of product to customers ensuring customer satisfaction through on-time delivery and professional interaction. The Delivery Driver (CDL Class A/B) is responsible for providing timely transportation of products from origin to destination as assigned, along with unloading and staging products at customer’s place of business. Expected to maintain professional representation of the Company in all interactions with customers and through responsible driving, while providing excellent customer service and building strong customer relationships. Must have a CDL with either a Class A or B endorsement. Primary Responsibilities include understanding and following company policies regarding returns and warranty items, completing all required paperwork including vehicle inspection forms and DOT logbooks, resolving customer issues ethically and positively, interacting with sales and customer service staff, safely operating vehicles according to federal laws, maintaining knowledge of assigned routes, and adhering to OSHA safety practices. The role requires physical ability to handle loading/unloading products, knowledge of product and delivery areas, and effective communication and collaboration skills. Physical demands include occasional lifting up to 150 pounds and exposure to weather conditions. Travel of 80% or more overnight may be required.
