Our growing pediatric and orthodontic dental office is looking for an outgoing, upbeat Dental Receptionist & Treatment Coordinator who’s ready to be the warm, welcoming face of our practice—and an enthusiastic brand ambassador in the community.

We specialize in smiles—especially for children, teens, and their parents. If you’re someone who can make a nervous child feel at ease, chat with parents like a pro, and bring positivity to every interaction, we want to meet you!

What You’ll Do:

• Greet young patients and families with a friendly, reassuring demeanor
• Handle appointment scheduling, insurance verification, and patient check-in/out
• Create a cheerful, organized front office environment where everyone feels at home
• Represent our brand in the community—online, at local events, and with referring offices
• Support our orthodontic and pediatric specialists with smooth daily operations
• Present orthodontic treatment plan and payment options to patients
• Assist in marketing efforts like social media content, patient giveaways, and referral promotions

What We’re Looking For:

• A people person who loves interacting with kids and parents
• Patient, upbeat, and confident in a fast-paced environment
• Great communicator—both in person and on the phone
• Comfortable with dental software or eager to learn (we’ll train you!)
• Experience in pediatric or ortho dental settings is a plus—but not required
• Willing to be part of our public-facing team: you’ll help promote our brand and build trust with families
