We are seeking a detail-oriented Dental Front Desk to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in dental software , CDT codes, support other team members and possess excellent organizational skills.
**Duties:**
- Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately according to schedule
- Book patients using dental software
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Provide administrative support to dental team and Dr
- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area
**Experience:**
- Previous experience as a dental front desk
- Proficiency with phone systems and practice management Eaglesoft
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in dental billing procedures and CDT codes
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Experience in a dental office is a MUST
