Door to Door Construction Sales Representative Position Title: Door to Door Construction Sales Representative Company: Andersen Drive Building Supply (operating as Rafael Lumber) Location: San Rafael, CA Pay Range: $50,000-$110,000 per year (Base Salary + Commission) Industry: Lumber and Building Supply Retail Store (Residential, Commercial) Job Overview: Andersen Drive Building Supply is expanding and looking for an energetic and knowledgeable Door to Door Construction Sales Representative to join our team. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, and homeowners. Conduct outside sales calls and site visits to grow customer base and expand accounts. Provide knowledgeable recommendations on lumber, doors, and other building materials. Prepare and follow up on quotes and sales orders. Stay informed about new products, trends, and construction industry developments. Support customer satisfaction by ensuring timely communication and quality service. Collaborate with inside sales and customer service teams to ensure seamless project support. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in outside or inside sales, preferably in the building materials or hardware industry. Strong knowledge of lumber, doors, and construction-related products. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and develop strategies to grow business in new territory. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Ability to read blueprints or construction drawings is a plus. Bachelor's degree preferred. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
