We are seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic Entry Level Event Coordinator to join our team. The Event Coordinator will assist in planning, organizing, and executing a variety of events, ensuring they run smoothly and meet our high standards of quality and client satisfaction. This role is perfect for a proactive individual who is eager to learn and grow within the events industry.

Job: Full time

Pay Range: $1250 - $1750 weekly

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of events, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and timeline management.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their event objectives and create tailored event proposals.
• Coordinate logistics such as transportation, accommodations, and audiovisual requirements.
• Manage event budgets and track expenses to ensure financial goals are met.
• Create and distribute event marketing materials, including invitations, flyers, and promotional materials.
• Oversee event set-up, including arranging seating, decorations, and audiovisual equipment.
• Attend events to ensure smooth operations and handle any issues that may arise.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in event management, hospitality, marketing, or a related field (or currently pursuing a degree).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and event management software.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
