Well known local non profit is seeking an Entry Level Recruiter/ HR Generalist to support its growing organization. The Entry Level Recruiter/HR Generalist is an influential part of the organization supporting the mission and a positive culture. The are seeking an individual who is hands on and will support the Director of Human Resources in the daily HR Administration of the organization.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
The idea candidate will have an interest in learning human resources functions and recruitment/talent acquisition. Bachelors Degree in related field a plus or internship experience helpful. Must be a team player, strong communication skills, and ability to interact with all levels of the organization. Salary will be based on experience ranging from $48,000-$52,000 plus a great benefits package and 3 weeks PTO. • Open to individuals with no prior experience as well as those that have experience in recruitment and human resources
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with team members and potential hires
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
• Keen attention to detail and high level of accuracy in all tasks
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Familiarity with HR software and applications is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred but not mandatory
• Willingness to stay updated with the latest trends in HR practices and policies
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
