Job Description

Sales Focus Inc., a global leader in Sales Outsourcing, is looking for an Operations Administrator to join our team. The Operations Administrator will be responsible for managing daily internal operations and administrative processes. The role involves assisting in account management, communicating with clients, and collaborating with sales agents to ensure client satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily data entry of Sales Reports
  • Track activity results, sales, quotas, and commissions
  • Review and analyze daily activity data for trends and employee performance
  • Coordinate team conference calls and meetings
  • Manage internal and client kick-off meetings
  • Track staffing data (contact lists, ID numbers, staffing levels, performance reviews, etc.)
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date training materials and pitch book templates
  • Track and audit equipment
  • Coordinate onboarding of new employees (email setup, supplies, office arrangements, etc.)
  • Organize, maintain, and update network folders
Qualifications and Skills:
  • CRM experience (Hubspot preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Ability to multitask effectively
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Comfortable with virtual presentations
  • Experience with lead generation and data scrubbing
