FII USA, Inc ., a Foxconn Technology Group Company, is seeking an Environmental Health and Safety Manager to provide guidance and leadership on maintaining sustainability and enforce EHS policies and regulations. Once a part of the team, you will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks within the Environmental Health and Safety in a production environment and have the opportunity to display critical thinking skills to expand your career in Smart Manufacturing.

The Environmental Health and Safety Manager will lead EHS operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate waste management processes while supporting the Environmental Health and Safety Department as needed.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise EHS team activities, including developing safety protocols, conducting training sessions, and implementing best practices for workplace safety and environmental compliance
  • Develop and execute strategic EHS initiatives while ensuring compliance with ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, and other relevant sustainability standards across manufacturing facilities
  • Establish and maintain a zero-tolerance safety culture through regular safety meetings, awareness campaigns, and recognition programs for exemplary safety practices
  • Oversee comprehensive hazardous waste management program, including developing SOPs, conducting employee training, managing contractor relationships, and ensuring proper documentation of waste disposal
  • Create and maintain robust EHS documentation systems, including digital record-keeping, policy updates, and regulatory compliance tracking
  • Lead incident investigations using root cause analysis, implement corrective actions, and prepare detailed reports for management and regulatory agencies
  • Serve as primary liaison with state and federal regulatory agencies, managing inspections, audits, and maintaining positive relationships with regulatory bodies
  • Conduct detailed Job Hazard Analyses and implement process improvements to minimize workplace risks and environmental impacts
  • Design and implement emergency response procedures, including coordinating drills and maintaining emergency equipment
  • Develop and monitor EHS performance metrics, creating monthly dashboards and annual improvement targets
  • Lead sustainability initiatives, including waste reduction programs, energy efficiency projects, and environmental impact assessments
  • Manage the EHS budget, including forecasting, tracking expenses, and justifying investments in safety equipment and training
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in related field required
  • Experience in EHS management and regulatory compliance
  • Knowledge of federal and state environmental regulations preferred
  • Must be able to walk production floor and respond to emergency situations as needed
