This role emphasizes mentorship, technical documentation, and system transparency, especially around complex automation environments and data structures. The candidate will support delivery and knowledge transfer while documenting PowerShell workflows and backend systems. Key Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and optimize PowerShell scripts across infrastructure and data automation tasks, covering over 60 workflows and dependencies. Design, implement, and tune SQL Server databases, including stored procedures, query optimization, and performance management. Create and maintain SSIS packages for ETL operations, ensuring data integrity and scalability. Support application development, contributing to backend logic, system integration, and automation. Mentor technical leads and team members to promote code quality and operational excellence. Lead the development of technical documentation, including ERDs, workflow overviews, system design documents, deployment guides, process diagrams, and support runbooks. Enforce documentation standards for future scalability and supportability. Skills Required: Deep expertise in PowerShell scripting, capable of managing large-scale automation environments. Strong SQL Server experience, including T-SQL, schema design, performance tuning, and ERD creation. Experience in SSIS development and data pipeline design. Application development skills in .NET, C#, or similar platforms. Mentoring experience for developers or technical leads. Exceptional technical writing and documentation skills, especially in workflow mapping and data modeling. Ability to analyze and reverse-engineer undocumented systems into clear, maintainable documentation. Experience Required: At least 10 years of experience in relevant skills and roles, as detailed above.
