Highly esteemed Silicon Valley tech couple is seeking an exceptional Personal Assistant to manage their professional and personal affairs with discretion, sophistication, and efficiency. This hybrid role combines on-site presence with remote responsibilities, serving as a key liaison with household staff, executive assistants, and estate managers across the family’s multiple homes nationwide and abroad. This is not a typical assistant role. We’re seeking a proactive, highly intelligent, and socially polished professional who thrives in fast-paced, high-profile environments. You will operate with discretion, confidence, and impeccable judgment - anticipating needs, making independent decisions, and ensuring the family’s personal and professional life runs seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary liaison between household staff, estate managers, and executive assistants
• Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and private travel with precision
• Organize high-end dinners, social gatherings, and exclusive events in Silicon Valley
• Handle sensitive communications, NDAs, and confidential information with absolute discretion
• Research, procure, and coordinate luxury clothing, gifts, and household items
• Oversee and coordinate multi-home logistics and upcoming move preparations
• Support tech and social media initiatives, digital communications, and personal projects
• Respond to emails, collaborate on projects, and execute tasks independently with minimal guidance

LOCATION: Northern Silicon Valley | Hybrid: 3 days on-site, partially remote

SCHEDULE: Primarily Mon–Fri with occasional weekends

START DATE: ASAP

COMPENSATION: $120–160K+ gross DOE, plus 401(k) and health insurance

REQUIREMENTS:

• Local to the Palo Alto/Atherton area
• Minimum 5 years’ experience with UHNW or HP tech families
• Bachelor’s degree
• Exceptionally organized, decisive, and resourceful
• Tech-savvy with social media knowledge
• Poised, discreet, socially adept, and comfortable in elite circles
• Valid passport with openness to occasional domestic or international travel
• Outstanding references from comparable UHNW principals
