Immediate, great opportunity for an Executive Chef at a well-established, busy, boutique luxury hotel/fine dining restaurant/wedding venue in Arlington, TX!
Salary 75-80K , 401K, Insurance, bonus plan TBD.
Unique, 25-year-old business is searching for a new Executive Chef . Candidate must be bilingual , and have at least 5 years’ experience (as an Executive Chef or Sous Chef) with heavy fine dining and catering.
Additional skills needed for position:
· Menu development (with seasonal offerings included)
· High level of kitchen and dining-room management
· Follow the core values of the business- Tremendous, Sincere Hospitality
· Ability to handle 2 kitchens and teams simultaneously for separate operations
· Always have a cheerful demeanor towards staff and guests alike
· Nights, weekends, holidays, flexible schedule
