THE POSITION
The Farm Manager is a key operational leader, responsible for the performance, health, and culture of approximately 4,000 acres of pistachio orchards in Arizona. This role balances strategic planning with hands-on leadership, ensuring optimal yields, cost efficiency, and sustainable farming practices.
You will oversee budgets, lead a high-performing team, and collaborate closely with company leadership and agronomy experts. Success in this role means delivering strong annual results while setting up the orchards for long-term productivity.
