Overview: Cebolla River Ranches, Inc. is seeking a full-time, experienced couple to be the Club Manager to oversee the daily activities and operations of our fishing club which includes approximately 1,200 acres and 7 miles of river. This multifaceted role requires knowledge of fishing ranch operations including stream and wildlife management, financial acumen, and a passion for creating exceptional experiences for our members and guests. Position is full time and living accommodations are provided on-site. Duties: - Oversee and manage daily operations, maintaining high standards of service and member satisfaction. - Coordinate, schedule and supervise work needed outside of ranch manager expertise. - Work with Board to develop and implement ranch policies and procedures to ensure efficient and safe operations including overall ranch security. - Have knowledge of state/federal agency law applicable to contiguous ranch property including BLM and NFS regulations among others. - Assist in management and accounting of expenses including, overall annual budget, controlling expenditures effectively while optimizing resources for club improvements. - Maintain and repair ranch infrastructure, equipment and machinery including roads and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards related to water rights. - Conduct general grounds maintenance including cutting hay fields and maintaining walking paths around river. - Monitor, maintain and improve health and well-being of stream and fish, while coordinating with consultants and state agencies as necessary. - Manage inventory of supplies and equipment necessary for daily operations. - Maintain community Day House, which includes ranch manager housing - Assist individual ranch owners with their residence and grounds maintenance when requested for additional income.
Education Level: High school education or GED required
Experience Level: 5+ years of experience required
