Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in mechanical maintenance within a manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues with plant equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance to avoid breakdowns.
• Maintain and repair building systems and equipment (e.g., HVAC, lighting, forklifts).
• Conduct small repairs to reduce downtime until permanent fixes can be made.
• Ensure compliance with safety, food safety, and company procedures.
• Support team by completing other related duties as needed.

Qualifications

• 2-year degree in electronics/maintenance mechanics  or 3+ years of maintenance experience.
• Skilled in repairing and maintaining hydraulics, pneumatics, machine shop tools, electricity, or electronics.
• Knowledge of CMMS, lockout/tagout, and boiler operations.
• Experience with ammonia, freon, or other cooling systems.
• Ability to weld small repairs.
• Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office).
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
