Hourly pay rate: $20.00 to $30.00

A little about this position:

• Provides safe, fun and interesting training for Freeskiers of all ages.
• Works with other coaches to design, implement, evaluate and adjust season-long training and competition plans.
• Teaches by example with frequent demonstrations. Maintains accurate daily journal of training activities. Maintains frequent contact with parents on athletic, behavioral and academic issues. Assists in team trips to other areas for competitions where appropriate. Promotes MMSST Team Philosophy and acts as role model for athletes.

Requirements:

• USASA, USSA, PSIA levels: 100, 200, 300 preferred. Two seasons working with athletes in a coaching program or previous competition experience preferred.
• High School graduate and fluent in English language. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work in a team structure with other coaches and training groups. Must possess the ability to demonstrate basic freestyle tricks and freeriding techniques.
• Basic computer skills required and experience with Word, Excel and Google Docs programs
