POSITION OVERVIEW: Club Pilates in Hampton seeking a highly motivated individuals with a heart for fitness and a passion for seeing others (and themselves) achieve their very best. The ideal candidate would assist the General Manager with growing the business by delighting members and prospects through excellent customer service and relational empathy.

DAILY EXPECTATIONS:

• Execute sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close
• Conduct tours of the facility while establishing a relationship and understanding individual’s needs and goals
• Articulate communication to all visitors via in-person, phone, email & text
• Maintain educational & professional growth
• Emphasize and enforce objectives of the club as a fitness and wellness provider
• Engage in meaningful solution based and relationship building conversations
• Maintain club appearance in/out of studio and esteem
• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required
• Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training
• Ability to learn and use the Club Ready management software, Club Pilates App, Digital phone systems, and Social Media Communication
• Excellent communication skills via in person, phone, text and email and social media
• Ability work under pressure and manage time to complete tasks
• Must have very proficient computer skills
• Occasional travel may be required (Local Networking/Grass Roots Events).
