Graphic Designer. Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our digital advertising team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in various design software and have a keen eye for detail to create visually appealing graphics for advertisers to market themselves to consumers. The ideal candidate would be highly creative, communicative, and possess the ability to present work and recommendations to brand teams and management visually in a comprehensive and concise manner. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and impactful designs for various marketing materials and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities: - Create dynamic and engaging graphics with Canva, Creatopy and Adobe Creative Suite
- Input insertion orders through partner portals and manage overall workflow of campaigns
- Follow up with sales executives and/or clients on needed materials to deliver projects on time
- Deliver exceptional customer service with attention to continuity, accuracy, and grammar
- Self-starter to stay current on graphic design trends with strong time management and multitasking capabilities with the ability to carry a project from start to finish effectively and with confidence.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required to be effective while communicating within the organization. High degree of independent judgment, able to solve complex problems.
- Entrepreneurial instincts with a keen ability to see opportunities through the eyes of the consumer.
- Ability to juggle priorities and meet numerous deadlines.
- Strong familiarity with design, visual hierarchy, and color theory
- Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to identify and stay consistent with client brand standards
Job Requirements:
Qualifications: - 2 years design experience across display, video and social
- Experience with Canva & Creatopy
- Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
- Experience with website content management systems like Wordpress and Wix is a strong plus
- Experience with the GA4 and Meta Business Suite is preferred
- Well-versed in computer systems and adaptable to various insertion forms and content management systems
- Proficient in Office 365, particularly Powerpoint, Excel and Outlook and have a keen eye for design, layout and overall presentation aesthetics
- Highly organized and ability to prioritize and complete all tasks/projects on time
- Ultimate anticipator, proactively anticipates internal and external customer needs and takes initiative to complete all steps to complete them on time
- High level of competency, confidence, knowledge and understanding of all digital media
- High level of competency using internal and external resources/tools to create and input digital sales orders, digital video & audio ads, digital display ads, reporting
- Demonstrates strong organizational and time management skills
