Base pay range $33.97/hr - $39.20/hr Key Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Loyalty, Creative, and Store Operations to bring the Loyalty Program vision to life. Update existing assets such as lifecycle communications, email templates, website placements, loyalty landing page, FAQ page, direct mail creative, and in-store signage. Design and produce new assets to support program launch, ongoing member engagement, continuous program education, associate training tools, and promotional campaigns. Ensure brand consistency across all loyalty program creative deliverables, both digital and print. Develop creative concepts that effectively communicate program benefits, drive customer engagement, and strengthen brand loyalty. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Provide design guidance and ensure creative meets accessibility, brand, and quality standards. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field (or equivalent work experience). 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within retail, fashion, or consumer brand environments. Strong portfolio demonstrating creative versatility across digital, print, and environmental design. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with Figma or other design collaboration tools. Excellent typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to translate brand guidelines into compelling creative. Self-starter with excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
