WORK SCHEDULE:
12 months/year
7:00 am - 3:00 pm, five days/week



SUMMARY:
Under the direct supervision of the Director of Student Activities, this position provides administrative and secretarial support for the school and public being served.



RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Prepare and file written materials (i.e., schedules, reports, memos, letters, etc.)
• Greet individuals and answer phone calls for Activities Dept., responding to inquiries
• Coordinate and maintain building usage availability
• Create weekly student announcements
• Assist with social media accounts
• Maintain record keeping for IHSA eligibility, academic eligibility, club membership
• Coordinate transportation for all activities
• Maintain activity schedules and rosters
• Record and maintain scores for all activities
• Assist the Athletic Office as needed
• Order supplies

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:

• Minimum of High School Diploma
• Proficiency with keyboard and Google Docs, Sheets, Forms, Classroom
• Ability to learn new software quickly
