HVAC/R Counter Sales

The day to day

You will answer incoming calls, respond to customer emails, and assist walk-in customers.

You will write up, process, collect, and distribute orders for customers.

You will assist with warehouse operations by analyzing low-stock situations, assisting in stock replenishment, and maintaining the cleanliness of the warehouse.

Managing and resolving customer issues will be your contribution to a high-performance branch operation.

You will occasionally drive to other branches and help out when needed, and you will serve on rotation for 24/7 on-call as needed.

What you have

A high school diploma or equivalent

HVAC/R technical degree, Associate’s degree in HVAC/R, or highly mechanically inclined

Two years of HVAC/R technical or counter sales experience.
