Responsibilities:
• Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and scalability.
• Manage and mentor a team of network and system administrators, fostering growth and collaboration.
• Oversee the configuration and management of Active Directory, backup technologies, and Cisco-based systems.
• Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures to maintain system security and efficiency.
• Supervise the Network Operations Center (NOC) to ensure continuous monitoring of IT systems and swift resolution of issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT strategies with organizational goals.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance business operations and support growth.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements for IT systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to minimize downtime and disruptions.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of IT systems, processes, and configurations for future reference.• A minimum of 10 years of experience leading network and system administration teams.
• Expertise in Active Directory, backup technologies, and configuration management.
• Advanced knowledge of Cisco technologies, including CCNP or CCIE certifications.
• Strong understanding of computer hardware and enterprise-level IT infrastructure.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and scale IT operations in a growing organization.
• Proficiency in supervising Network Operations Center (NOC) activities.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills in high-pressure environments.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities to guide diverse teams.
