Job Summary
We are seeking a licensed/Associate Marriage and Family Therapis t to join our team! In this role, you will diagnose and treat psychological disorders, teach communication skills, assist patients in addressing dysfunctional behaviors, and guide them through crises. Responsibilities

• Perform intake assessments
• Provide mental health therapy for individuals, couples, families, and children
• Create individualized treatment plans for each client
• Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan
• Perform regular wellness checks
• Adhere to all facility and licensing standards
• $50-$55 Clinical (1-2 yrs exp. $50-$52, 3-4 yrs $53, 5+ $54-$55)
• $21 Admin rate (progress notes)
• Rates depends on experience, bilingual, and any certifications

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, social work, or similar field
• Current and unrestricted marriage and family therapy license
• Previous experience as a marriage and family therapist preferred
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certified
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized
• MUST BE Bilingual in Spanish
