As we continue to grow, we are looking for a highly skilled Litigation Paralegal who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. As a Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal , you will work closely with attorneys to manage litigation cases efficiently using our advanced tech tools. You’ll play a crucial role in case preparation, discovery, and trial support while ensuring seamless communication with clients and legal teams. Responsibilities: Assist attorneys in all aspects of personal injury litigation Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, subpoenas, and correspondence Assist in case investigation, gathering medical records, and organizing evidence Prepare and file legal documents in state and federal courts Coordinate and manage discovery, including propounding and responding to interrogatories, requests for production, and requests for admission Communicate with clients, medical providers, experts, and opposing counsel Organize trial exhibits, prepare trial binders, and assist with trial preparation Maintain case files, deadlines, and litigation calendars Utilize case management and legal tech tools to track deadlines and case progress Qualifications: Minimum of 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience Experience in personal injury law is strongly preferred Strong knowledge of civil litigation procedures and court rules Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new legal technology Proficiency in legal case management software (SmartAdvocate a plus) Experience with e-filing systems, cloud-based legal tools, and digital document management Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and legal research platforms Excellent written and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask Paralegal certificate or relevant degree preferred About Company We are a fast-growing personal injury firm passionate about helping families navigate the insurance process after serious injuries.
