We’re seeking an experienced Localization Project Manager to lead the end-to-end planning and management of localization projects for UI features to join a leading global technology company. The ideal candidate will ensure timely delivery, exceptional quality, and strict adherence to confidentiality and security standards while collaborating with both internal and external partners. In this role, you’ll be responsible for creating detailed localization requirement documents for engineering teams, tracking translation quality, and reporting project progress across all major phases. You’ll work closely with the Localization QA team to define testing strategies that ensure contextual quality, and partner with cross‑functional localization teams to build and maintain glossaries and reference materials that guarantee consistency across software, marketing, and support content. Key Responsibilities Plan and manage full localization project lifecycles from strategy to execution. Oversee detailed documentation for engineering and translation teams. Monitor translation quality and coordinate QA efforts for in-context validation. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure consistency across company’s ecosystem. Maintain status tracking, risk reporting, and performance insights for ongoing projects. Preferred Skillsets Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to see the big picture. Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills. Strong familiarity with the company's ecosystem (hardware, software, and services). Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
