Key Responsibilities
Conduct training for Team Leads to ensure they deliver exceptional customer service and foster a positive team atmosphere.
Oversee the daily operations of multiple Customer Service departments.
Collaborate with fellow Managers and Team Leads to boost team performance and morale.
Analyze team processes and recommend improvements for efficiency.
Review performance metrics and propose strategies to enhance productivity.
Swiftly address and resolve escalated customer concerns.
Minimum Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree.
3+ years of experience in customer service management.
A proven track record of coaching and developing high-performing teams.
