We’re seeking a driven and proactive Marketing Specialist who loves to get the word out about the latest and greatest everything within the hospitality and consumer categories. If you live and breathe creative marketing ideas that drive sales, traffic, and awareness, we’d love to work with you! This is a hybrid role based out of our Boston office.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist with execution and tracking of integrated marketing campaigns including creative programming, email marketing, social media, digital marketing, loyalty, advertising, PR, and more
• Support teams in the research and development of marketing materials and plans
• Oversee brands’ online reputation across review sites and social media
• Draft creative copy for marketing materials and collateral, including email campaigns, loyalty promotion, signage, social media posts, digital ads, and more
• Monitor digital advertising campaigns, including Meta Ads, Google AdWords, Instacart, Aisle and more; assist with daily, weekly and monthly optimizations and reporting
• Maintain meeting agendas and recaps for client calls/meetings
• Stay ahead of the trend on AI tools, emerging marketing/advertising platforms, and technologies

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-4 years of post-college marketing experience, ideally within the hospitality or CPG space
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to collect, analyze, and optimize data
• Comfort with, and consistent usage of, AI software/tools
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task, think creatively, and generate ideas
• Proactive nature and pride in a job well done
• Comfort with client communications
• Ability to organize, multitask, and prioritize work under pressure
• Ability to take direction and respond positively to constructive criticism
• Operate with a sense of urgency and effective follow through
