Essential Duties and Tasks

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job function satisfactorily and meet all health, safety and housekeeping regulations. · Safely Operate warehouse equipment as needed including but not limited to motorized forklift with various attachments (clamp, fork, probe)

· Ability to receive and maintain equipment certification if applicable

· Read and follow instructions

· Move material within the facility to ensure machine centers are stocked, deliveries are loaded and unloaded according to protocol.

· Keeps warehouse and surrounding areas organized by meeting housekeeping, storage, staging and cleanliness requirements

· Verification and tracking of all material moved including quantity, size, and packaging

· Complete all necessary documents for internal or external use

· Works with minimum supervision

· Handles moderately complex issues and problems

· All other duties as assigned

Qualifications, Education and Experience

· Prior equipment, shipping, receiving, or warehouse experience preferred

· Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence

· Ability to communicate verbally and in writing

· Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide units of measure

· Solid working knowledge of warehouse processes and related manufacturing

· Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), email and calendar capabilities.

· Maintains strict confidentiality and protects the privacy of confidential/sensitive information.

· Exceptional time management and organization skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously establishing priorities to meet deadlines.

· Proactive; exercises sound judgment and decision making; able to identify problems and needs and develop solutions and/or options.

· Self-confident, self-motivated polished professional who thrives in a challenging, fast-paced environment.
