We are looking for a motivated and organized Medical Office Manager to oversee the smooth running of our office operations and contribute to a positive patient experience. Responsibilities: Manage daily operations of the medical office to ensure efficiency and patient satisfaction Supervise, train, and evaluate front office and clinical support staff Oversee patient scheduling, billing, and insurance claims processing Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, OSHA) Manage office budget, supplies, and vendor relationships Address patient concerns and resolve conflicts professionally Generate reports and assist with audits and inspections Qualifications: Prior experience managing a medical office or healthcare setting Strong knowledge of medical billing, coding, and insurance processes Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Proficient in EMR/EHR and office management software Ability to multitask and work well under pressure Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance Benefits: Competitive salary Paid time off Professional development opportunities Supportive team environment
