Job Title: Welder - $22-24/HR

Job Description

We are seeking skilled MIG welders with experience in working with aluminum to join a company specializing in concrete forms.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding tasks on aluminum materials.
• Ensure quality and precision in all welding operations.
• Occasionally assist other stations with tasks such as picking up trash, loading trucks, cleaning work areas, and servicing equipment.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in MIG welding techniques.
• Experience working with aluminum materials.
• At least one year of experience in MIG welding.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• No specific education or certifications required, but experience is preferred.

Work Environment

Work in a non-climate controlled facility with a team of approximately 25 welders, aiming to grow to 30. The work shift is from 6:00 AM to approximately 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays. The culture promotes flexibility and teamwork, and the dress code requires wearing jeans or cotton dress pants and long sleeve shirts while welding.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of KANSAS CITY, Missouri.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
