We are currently looking for a, full-time Data Conversion Lead with at least five years of recent experience implementing or supporting Oracle Utilities Customer Care & Billing (CC&B), Oracle Meter Data Management, and/or Customer to Meter (C2M). The key objective of this role is to lead the data conversions strategy, conversion designs, conversion automation tools, data mapping, and knowledge of configuration.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the Oracle CC&B, MDM, C2M data conversions strategy, conversion designs, conversion automation tools, data mapping, and knowledge of configuration.
• Work with clients to understand business requirements and to design the robust solution.
• Understand end-to-end business processes and downstream impacts to loading data into transactional tables.
• Ensure a full understanding of longer-range customer needs and emerging opportunities.
• Analyze, design and/or develop best practices for business solutions.
• Develop an understanding of a clients current state process and desired future state to develop technical recommendations.
• Develop new and refine existing business processes used to validate the conversion success and to identify data conversion problems.
• Managing a technical/conversion project delivery and lead project onsite and offshore technical teams.
• Contributing to continuous improvement and development of internal processes and intellectual property.
• Participate in project planning through providing expertise by defining schedules for data cleansing, estimating work, and assisting with the development of proposals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years overall relevant experience implementing and/or supporting CC&B/C2M, including consulting or services.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Information System
• Utility industry experience.
• Proven ability to work effectively and collaboratively with clients.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Utility software; excellent communication skills
• Strong product knowledge of Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) or C2M including design, development, configuration, and enhancements.
