Calyan Wax Co. is a mission-driven candle company committed to becoming the top 100% soy candle brand in the United States. Since our founding in 2017, we have achieved considerable growth, establishing ourselves as a key player in the soy candle market nationwide.


We are looking for energetic folks that want to help us build something great at Calyan. The ideal candidate is self-motived, focused, an optimist, has a sense of urgency in their work, enjoys executing processes and checklists consistently, and is hungry to learn new things and contribute to the team's success.

Duties:

• Pick, pack, and ship orders based on direction from Fulfillment Team Lead.
• Stock shelves with new inventory and packing supplies.
• Maintain a clean and organized fulfillment space.
• Assist with miscellaneous fulfillment projects.
• Assist with counting shipping supplies inventory.
• Assist with counting finished goods inventory.

Hours:

• Full time - 40 hours per week
• 7 AM - 3:30 PM
• Monday-Friday

Starting Pay:

• $15/hr

• Paid Time Off - Accrual rates based on hours worked - increases with tenure.

Qualifications:

• Must be a team player, but also able to work independently
• Must be able to life 50+ lbs
• Must be able to reach a height of 6'2"
