A Large University Cancer Center is seeking a pediatric hematologist/oncologist for locum tenens coverage.
The facility is located in North Central Virginia - 1 hour northwest of Richmond, Virginia.
This is an inpatient practice opportunity with a Monday through Friday schedule from 9 AM to 5 PM (schedule currently being confirmed with the Director). The team consists of 4 physicians and 2 APPs, with plans to add a third APP. The role may include rounding and weeknight call, which is also being confirmed. The average patient load is around 5 per day. Hospital privileges are required, and the facility uses EPIC as its EMR system.
