Community driven healthcare provider with around 200 employees seeking a clinical director to oversee an adult medicine department.

This is a great opportunity for a physician that is seeking leadership experience; overseeing an adult medicine department of around 40 staff.

What you will be doing:

• Leadership and Oversight: A primary care physician clinical director is responsible for providing leadership and oversight within a clinical setting, ensuring the efficient and effective operation of primary care services.
• Quality Improvement: They play a crucial role in maintaining and improving the quality of patient care by implementing and monitoring clinical protocols, standards, and best practices. This includes overseeing the performance of healthcare staff.

Collaboration and Communication: The clinical director collaborates with other healthcare professionals, administrators, and staff to foster a collaborative and communicative environment. They may also engage in strategic planning and decision-making to enhance the overall functioning of the primary care facility.

Skills you need:

• MD or DO
• Board Eligible or Certified in Family Medicine, Primary Care, Internal Medicine, or Adult Medicine
• Leadership experienced highly desired
