RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serve as a liaison between customers, technicians, and staff on technical issues regarding products and services
• Trains employees to ensure work is performed in accordance with company practices, processes, workmanship, safety practices, and efficiency
• Assists Plumbing Manager in 1:1's and weekly ride alongs
• Educates on technical questions and troubleshoot customer concerns, ensuring highest levels of satisfaction
• Provides ongoing feedback of team to Plumbing Manager
