Job Title: Powder Coat Painter
Location: Madison, AL
Schedule: Full-Time | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay Rate: $26.00 per hour
We are seeking a skilled Powder Coat Painter to join our team in Madison, AL. The ideal candidate will bring at least 4 years of continuous painting experience , strong knowledge of powder coating applications, and the ability to perform thorough preparation and finishing processes. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work efficiently in a production environment.
ResponsibilitiesPerform powder coating duties, including preparation, spraying, and curing.
Carry out surface prep, including cleaning and wipe-downs prior to coating.
Operate spray guns and related equipment to apply even, consistent coatings.
Inspect finished work to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Troubleshoot and adjust equipment to achieve proper application.
Minimum of 4 years of continuous powder coat painting experience required.
Thorough knowledge of powder coating techniques and surface prep procedures.
Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain consistent results.
Familiarity with safety protocols in a painting environment.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and dependability.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
