Job Description

Join a team as a Powder Coater, where you’ll apply protective coatings to metal parts for high-quality, durable finishes. This position involves prepping materials, applying powder using spray guns, and curing parts in industrial ovens. The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment and have a strong eye for detail. Safety and quality standards must be followed at all times.

Responsibilities:

• Perform and validate gun set up activity
• Perform and validate change over procedures
• Cure coated parts in industrial ovens and monitor temperatures/times and clean ovens as needed
• Inspect finished parts for quality and touch up as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe work area

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Previous experience in powder coating or industrial painting preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, manufacturing environment
