What your day will look like:

• Inspecting parts coming off of paint line
• Prepare metal surfaces for powder coating by cleaning, sanding, masking, or applying pretreatment chemicals.
• Operate spray guns and electrostatic equipment to apply powder coatings to metal parts and products.
• Using the computer to gather part specifications
• Packaging of parts
• Will be cross trained in other areas as needed
• Load and unload parts onto the paint line conveyor system
• Inspect, clean, and prepare parts prior to coating
• Oversee the painting process to ensure quality and consistency
• Perform touch-ups and minor rework as necessary

What we are looking for:

• Previous Paint/Powder Coating experience
• Ability to read and interpret drawings
• Adaptable to working in a high-energy, industrial setting
• Strong attention to detail and basic mechanical skills
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and capable of standing for entire shift.
